【你的訓練「對」了嗎?】
許多熱愛運動的朋友在訓練時心裡應該都有過這個想法:
「我這樣做對嗎?🤔」
所以,到底什麼才是好的訓練動作原則呢?我們可以從 DNS(動態神經肌肉穩定術, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization )的運動原則分三個面向來看:

🔹好的支撐
🔹好的動作方向
這樣說好像有點抽象,我們就以大家最熟悉的「深蹲」為例吧!
「好的排列」如脊椎需要延伸拉長保持在中立位置。
「好的支撐」如整個腳掌在深蹲的過程中都要貼地踩穩。
「好的動作方向」是指從蹲到站要往上對抗地心引力。

Good “Alignment” as spine uprighting and in a neutral position from beginning to end.
